How often are we supposed to notify these PSAPS?

At the time of outage and every 2 hours following that. Our system auto tracks this and does it for you.

The order says we must notify them via email and phone call. That’s the beauty of our service, we handle that for you.

You can predefine these subscribers locations in our application or specify them at the time of outage declaration.

An outage is classified as a backbone issue in your softswitch platform, cloud, or datacenter. Individual locations with a single phone down or ISP outage are not classified as an outage.
